Marko Lackovic is a core member of the Energy, Climate & Sustainability, and Transform practices at Boston Consulting Group. Marko is focused primarily on BCG’s utilities and power work within the energy industry. He has worked with clients on a broad range of issues including energy transition and decarbonization, transformations, strategy development, operational improvements, zero-based budgeting, and new-business launches across Asia-Pacific and Europe.
