Grace Stephani is the Sr. Manager Project Carbon Management of Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE), since September 2025. She joined PHE in early 2021 as a Technical Leader for Development & Production’s maturation process for Organic Development Projects. Prior to this, she works with Pertamina EP and Pertamina (Persero) since 2003.Â
Grace has over 20 years of professional experience in technical subsurface, field development planning, exploitation of oil and gas field, and EOR projects in Indonesia. She started getting involved in CCS projects since 2023, as a technical advisor and coordinator for some CCS/CCUS projects and study in PHE.Â
Grace holds a Bachelor’s Degree in geological engineering from Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) and Master’s Degree in geological engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB).
