Kiyoshi Sekiya is a General Manager of the LNG/CCS Strategic Group at Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha (âKâ Line), where he is responsible for corporate strategy development in LNG carriers and CCS/LCO2 shipping businesses.
After beginning his career as a management consultant, he joined âKâ Line in 2010, a leading Japanese maritime transportation company. He has since built extensive expertise in the commercial and business development of gas carriers.
From 2023 to 2025, he served as Managing Director of âKâ Line Energy Shipping (UK) Ltd., where he led the companyâs expansion and oversaw ship management of Northern Lightsâ first three LCO2 vessels.
