We are thrilled to announce Stephanie Chiang Shi Yan, CCUS Research Analyst, Wood Mackenzie, as a confirmed speaker for the 2nd IICCS Forum 2024!
Stephanie is an analyst in Wood Mackenzie’s CCUS research team based in Singapore. She provides insight and strategic analysis on the CCUS landscape to project developers, technology providers, investors and governments.
Her work involves tracking and analysing projects, building asset valuations and interpreting regulations and policies in APAC. She is sought out for her insights on key industry topics.
Prior to joining Wood Mackenzie, Stephanie spent four years at the Singapore Economic Development Board focused on driving industry decarbonisation in Singapore. She engaged key industry players in the energy and chemicals sectors, influenced government policies and developed the business case for the government to support new technologies such as CCUS and chemical recycling.
Stephanie’s deep understanding of CCUS trends and her experience in influencing industry and governmental strategies make her an invaluable speakers for the forum’s Plenary Session 5, Global CCS Hub Project Showcase.

We are thrilled to announce Nick Dingemans, Partner at Penningtons Manches Cooper LLP, as a confirmed moderator for the 2nd IICCS Forum 2024!
Nick is a corporate energy lawyer with over 25 years’ experience, advising on energy, natural resources, and infrastructure transactions globally. Based in Singapore, he advises clients on cross-border and emerging market transactions, including project development, acquisitions, disposals, corporate restructurings, and joint ventures. He also advises technology clients working in the energy, natural resources, and infrastructure sectors.
Most recently, Nick has been advising clients on the emerging carbon economy, from the creation of carbon (offsets and insets) to the legal and commercial requirements for building carbon capture and storage at scale. He has a particular interest in the development of the regulatory and commercial models required for carbon capture, utilization, and storage.
